Hello and welcome! If you're meeting me for the first time, I'm a health nut who is living and loving life in rural France!
I have a fantastic and supportive husband (but no need to tell him that... he already thinks he's pretty amazing) and we have 2 amazing teenagers who make me laugh and inspire me every day.
I love to learn new things and intend to be an eternal student! I plan on living to at least 100 to give me enough time to learn and experience everything I want to... Oh and I intend to be flexible while doing it all by always practicing yoga... or something new that I haven't yet learnt...
As for health coaching, I do it because I love it! It's my work and my passion all rolled into one! I love seeing clients transform, both physically and mentally, into their best selves, simply by giving them the tools, the motivation and the inspiration to take control of their weight and their lives.
